Your baby's about 15.7 inches long now, and she weighs almost 3 pounds (like a head of cabbage). A pint and a half of amniotic fluid surrounds her, but that volume will decrease as she gets bigger and takes up more room in your uterus. Her eyesight continues to develop, though it's not very keen; even after she's born, she'll keep her eyes closed for a good part of the day. When she does open them, she'll respond to changes in light but will have 20/400 vision — which means she can only make out objects a few inches from her face. (Normal adult vision is 20/20.) How far along? 30 weeks, 1 day
Maternity clothes? Oh yes!

Weekly Wisdom: It's okay to let someone help. You don't have to do everything yourself!
Well, as I said before I had a wonderful time at my shower :) Couldn't have gone any better! I also got an e-mail from www.spearmintbaby.com and they actually want to feature my shower on their website. How cool is that? I'll be sure to post the link as soon as they put it on their website.
Sunday was also Jordan and I's 1 year wedding anniversary. I can't believe it was a year ago, so much has changed in that amount of time! I feel very lucky to have such a supportive, funny person to be married to. I feel even more lucky that he is truly my best friend and I would trust him with anything. Here's to many more years to come!
